FINANCIAL INFORMATION REQUEST
Thanks you for your interest in financing / leasing your new upcoming equipment acquisition with PEC USA, Inc. In order to provide you with the most efficient response time and the most aggressive approval parameters, PEC USA, Inc. would like to compile a complete financial package on your company. This credit file will be confidentially maintained for any future equipment acquisitions your company may require.
Please provide your company’s most recent three years of 1120 corporate tax returns with full schedules – or – your company’s most recent three years of accountant prepared financial statements with cover page and all notes.
Please provide any applicable and available interim financial statements to compliment the above tax returns / financial statements – internally prepared income statement and balance sheet are usually acceptable if accountant prepared interims are not available.
Please complete a credit application as provided including a bank contact that will provide a bank reference for your company, and please include other equipment financing / leasing companies as a secured lender references. Please have all personal guarantors and or an authorized officer of the organization sign the application.
If the equipment financing request is to be supported by a personal guarantee please provide the most current two years 1040 personal tax returns – full schedules – and a current personal financial statement for all personal guarantors.
